Our Services

We are leading Vendors and contractors for Pipeline fabrication of various sizes, Schedules and diameters and pressures for steam, gas and all utility piping, Boiler Repairing and manufacturing of Boilers, Super heater and Economizers, heat exchangers in and around Pune . We undertake Piping at Sites for HP and LP steam, gas, Thermic Fluid, Compressed Air, chilled water, cooling water, hot water, oil and Chemical process piping, Fabrication of water wall panels, WTH units, IBH assembly, Super header coils,etc being our regular activities at shop floor.

We have mechanical, hydraulic and CNC pipe bending facilities upto 4” Dia. & Schedule 160 thickness with various dyes for tube bending for boilers, Economizers, Super header etc at any given radius. In equipment erection we have carried out erection of boilers and Auxiliary equipment, Thermo Pac, Compressors, Pumps, Reaction Vessels, Tanks, Chimneys, Filters, OPH Units, and water softening Plant etc.
